How I work
I don't have a college degree. What I have is hands-on aerospace and defense experience,welding flight hardware at SpaceX, composites, precision cleaning, and environmental testing. Across AS9100, NADCAP, and ISO 9001 quality systems.
I improve the system rather than work around it, and lately I've amplified that with software! Building tools for fun and my my own sanity, including the inventory system my facility now runs on. I work from Goldratt, Deming, and Taleb as practical frameworks for systems thinking, not talking points.
